Built for Real Eyes

Large numbers. High contrast. No squinting required.

Your pain is exhausting enough.
Your app shouldn't be.

Chronic pain sufferers deal with enough. They shouldn't have to fight their tracking app too. Body maps, weather correlations, medication cross-references - none of that helps when you're having a bad day and just need to log a number.

51 million US adults live with chronic pain. 36% of people over 65. And the apps built for them are so bloated that one user said it's "cheaper to just lug around a journal."

Slide your pain level. Tap where it hurts. Add a note if you want. That's the whole app. Because when you're at a 7, you shouldn't need to fill out 50 fields to prove it.

You're already in pain. Why is your app making it worse?

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost?
$4.99 one-time purchase. No subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no ads. Pay once, use it forever. Every feature is included from day one.
What do you actually log?
A pain level from 0-10 using a simple slider, a body location from 12 preset options (head, neck, shoulders, upper back, lower back, chest, abdomen, hips, knees, hands, feet, general), and an optional note. That's it.
Can I track pain in multiple locations?
Yes. Each reading logs one location, so you can log multiple entries for different body areas at any time. Your history shows all of them, and you can filter by location in your trends.
Can I export for my doctor?
Yes. One tap generates a clean, doctor-ready PDF with all your readings, pain levels, locations, and trends. No paywall, no premium tier. It's included.
Is my data private?
Your data is stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We never see it, store it, or send it to third-party servers.
Do I need any special equipment?
No. Just your iPhone. The app is designed for manual logging. No wearables, sensors, or external devices required. Apple Watch support is included but completely optional.
What devices does it work on?
iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. Requires iOS 17 or later, which supports iPhones and iPads from 2018 onwards.
